About the Chef

Dan Alvin served as Executive Chef for both Ecopolitan and Intelligent Nutrients while living in Minneapolis. He was featured live for a WCCO recipe demonstration broadcast across the state in the summer of 2002. Dan believes healthy consumption patterns and sustainable economics are vital to the prosperity of all people. In addition to overseeing the kitchen activities at Agri, he is currently teaching monthly classes in preparing gourmet vegetarian cuisine at Lakewinds Natural Foods in Minnetonka.
